Yes! The side door is open and patients can be dropped off as early as 7:00 am for surgery, dentistry, and other scheduled procedures. Absolutely! Telephone consultation and patient updates are encouraged. Our doctors make every effort to return calls in a timely fashion and will always attempt to return phone calls the same day.
Our practice focuses on the care of dogs and cats.
State law requires that a valid doctor/client/patient relationship be maintained in order to prescribe and refill medications. This means that we need to see patients at least yearly, and with some conditions more frequently. Blood work to evaluate drug levels or organ system function are needed for some drugs that are given to treat some chronic medical problems.
When your pet is with us, all patients are housed in individual, climate controlled kennels and runs. Kennel mats, fleeces, and blankets are provided for patient comfort. Dogs and cats are housed in separate areas and no kennels are facing others to reduce stress on the animals. We request that leashes, toys, blankets, bedding, etc. not be left with admitted patients. Patient visitation may be scheduled when an extended stay is expected.
We are proud of our facility and will gladly schedule tours for individuals or groups on request.
We are dedicated to providing the best medical and surgical care possible for your pet, and feel that boarding and grooming in a hospital setting is an unnecessary distraction from that process. We are happy to provide the names of kennels and groomers in the area to meet your boarding and grooming needs.
