all pet owners, and we understand the special bond you have with
your pets. We are a full-service veterinary clinic with both inpatient and outpatient care available. The primary mission of Ferry Farm Animal Clinic is
simply to provide your pet with the highest quality medical and surgical veterinary care possible.
We also realize that our patients do not walk in the door by
themselves; therefore we strive to take good care of their owners
as well!
Our goal is to provide quality veterinary care in a clean, friendly, and quiet environment, in order to make each visit a positive experience for both pet and owner. We realize that your time is very important and we make every effort to keep your waiting time to an absolute minimum, and to perform our services in a time-conscious and efficient manner.
We also strive to provide the individualized care and attention to detail that is necessary for optimum health care – We listen to your concerns!
You, as pet owner, are the sole source of information we have about your pet’s medical
condition, and you have a vital role in providing for your pet's
health care at home. We commit to take the time necessary to
explain your pet's medical needs and treatment plan, as we
feel that a well-informed pet owner, with all questions answered, is an essential part of the health care process.

Notes for Our Clients:

Office visits with our doctors are scheduled by appointment. If these times are not convenient with your schedule, drop-off service is available for both routine and sick patient care. Admissions for scheduled surgery, dentistry, and day-patient procedures may be made between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, Monday through Friday. Saturday morning is reserved for appointments only.

When your pet is with us, all patients are housed in individual, climate controlled kennels and runs. Kennel mats, fleeces, and blankets are provided for patient comfort. We request that leashes, toys, blankets, bedding, etc. not be left with admitted patients. Patient visitation may be scheduled when an extended stay is expected. We are proud of our facility and will gladly schedule tours for individuals or groups on request.

Payment for all services is due at the time of discharge. This applies to both inpatient and outpatient care. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.
